3 Kinds Of Exercises In Order To Get Rid Of Stomach Fat Fast

After a steady pace for about 90 seconds the level of intensity or speed is increased for about 30 minutes at the fastest pace that you can endure for this period of time. This is one interval. Perform five to six intervals at least three times a week.

Intervals can be done while on a treadmill, on an elliptical, on a bike, while swimming, etc. When you work at high intensity, it will allow you to burn between 25 to 75 percent more calories than low intensity workouts. Definitely push yourself to get out of your comfort zone.

2. Strength Training

Strength training with weights or resistance bands will enable you to build lean muscle which will help to give you a metabolism boost which is useful for burning even more calories. This makes strength training so important and a must if you want to get rid of belly fat.

Strength training has other benefits you will appreciate such as helping to improve your balance, better sleep in addition to minimizing all the cellulite on your thighs, hips and buttocks. Strength training also has the added benefit of increasing your stamina and will also help to reduce the risk of developing conditions such as type 2 diabetes.

Most women are usually afraid to use weights or use weights that are too light because they are afraid to bulk up. Fear not. As a woman, you do not have much of the hormones that will cause you to bulk up. Strength training will help you to get leaner and stronger in the fastest time possible.

3. Core Exercises

After all the cardio and strength training, you then need to perform core exercises to shape a defined belly. Workouts are also pointless unless you are also strengthening the core and the abdominal muscles are an important aspect of the core muscle group that supports the body.
